Our Cabernet Franc comes from a rocky terraced block in the vineyard. It displays a deep garnet color with a mix of the signature characteristics of Cabernet Franc: a hint of mint and green pepper, and fresh raspberry fruit in the nose.

The fruit follows through the palette in combination with a lovely touch of cocoa. A nice complement of new oak provides a light taste of sweet vanilla on the finish.
